What a chatterbox! She was certainly intent on whatever she was saying. Watch out, Mom, she’s going to give you competition for air time.
I had a hard time controlling my laughter (important to keep it down, as I’m at work).

She is so darn cute!!! I just sat here and smiled and smiled!
What in the world got her to talk so much?! Wait until she gets real words!
Miss the little stinker!

How funny – thanks Josh. Sure wish we had had video cameras when you were a baby – we would have some very funny stuff to show your daughter. Love ya, Linda

Maly is concerned about all the wild hogs at Grandma Janicek’s place and wants to tell all about the damage they do. She
wants all to know how upset she is, that is if you can understand the language. Love the Maly girl!! What a ham we share….
I think she covered everything that is most important in the world today….LOL; she is adorable!

This is fantastic. Dad’s got some talent here. I look forward to seeing all the talents that young Maly will soon develop. Congrats to mom, dad and super Maly.

Somebody sent me this video as amusement, but it got me to thinking about reincarnation.
This little child sounds to me like she’s trying to speak in an Eastern language, perhaps Bengali? She seems to be using similar intonations as those languages.
I have read stories of very young children speaking in foreign tongues. You might scoff at the idea but there is much we do not yet understand about such things.

This was originally posted 3 years ago. What is that little chatterbox preaching about nowadays? I, for one, would love to find out. Please keep us fans up-to-date on our little chattering chipmunk…please?
LOVE her, our Madzy was about that age in 2007 and just as talkative … I’m not sure if it would mean World Peace or the End of Days if these two hooked up in Kindergarten Thank-you for sharing, bless you all.

Being a retired educator….I would LOVE to hear what the little one is talking about now….3 years later. I was fascinated by her 4 minute or more conversation with who ever was in the room. Is there a way to record her now?
[...] I would highly suggest following the link and watching the video. I wish it was on YouTube. Maly.TV Blog Archive Just talking about some stuff [...]
@Rick: funny you should mention that, because I actually THOUGHT the “jibberish” was actually a different language when I first watched this. I kept thinking, “I wonder what she’s actually saying in her native tongue.”

Dorie,
Maly.TV is a site chock full of videos of our daughter, so feel free to watch them all! One of my favorites is when she was 2.5 years old and she showed me how to cook carrots:
I play this every morning to start my day happy. I don’t even read the captions; she’s out there all on her own for me.
My oldest son talked like this (termed ‘creative babble’ by professionals) and it was two years before we got his first clearly decipherable ‘Cookie!’. If that was 3 years ago, her parents must already know that her active mind and excitement are a strong sign of brightness. I’ll bet what she comes up with now is amazing.
Lucky parents. This is my favorite video/character in several years.

And another, more recent, was when she made a pretend dinner for the both of us out on the deck:

There’s definitely a food theme here. Maybe she and I should hit up the Food Network for her own show!
